Implementation Mechanism “Developing Innovative Knowledge Solutions” – Linking innovation with knowledge as the primary tool. “Enhancing Excellence” – A commitment to the highest quality standards. 3. Institutional Identity “Embedding Authentic Values in Every Initiative” – Affirming that values are not slogans, but the foundation of all endeavors. 4. Strategic Objectives The Mission’s Seven Strategic Objectives 1. Developing Leading Knowledge Solutions Goal: Design platforms and innovative solutions in education, technology, and scientific research to address local and global challenges. Success Indicators: Launch (3) pioneering initiatives annually that contribute to solving sustainable issues such as poverty or climate change. 2. Promoting a Culture of Institutional Excellence Goal: Establish evaluation systems and global quality standards to ensure excellence across all projects and initiatives. Success Indicators: Achieve accreditation for (80) of the university’s programs from local and international bodies by 2030. 3. Embedding Authentic Values in Institutional Work Goal: Integrate values such as integrity, justice, and collaboration into recruitment policies, performance evaluation, and partner relations. Success Indicators: Train (100) employees on the institution’s code of values and incorporate it into (100) partner contracts. 4. Leadership in Environmental and Social Sustainability Goal: Achieve carbon neutrality in institutional operations while supporting clean energy projects and vulnerable communities. Success Indicators: Reduce carbon footprint by (40%) by 2030 through establishing a solar energy system with funding from the German Development Bank and launch (5) community support programs annually. 5. Enriching Humanity Through Knowledge Goal: Provide free or affordable educational and research opportunities for (400) international students in high-need sectors under the “Study in Iraq” program. Success Indicators: Launch an international knowledge platform and train (1000) young men and women annually in future-oriented skills. 6. Ensuring the Prosperity of Future Generations Goal: Design proactive programs that anticipate future challenges such as technological and demographic shifts, preparing young generations to face them. Success Indicators: Equip (5000) students with skills in artificial intelligence and cybersecurity by 2035. 7. Building Effective Global Partnerships Goal: Establish strategic alliances with (20) leading international institutions in innovation and sustainability to enhance global impact. Success Indicators: Implement (3) joint projects annually with organizations such as UNESCO or the World Economic Forum.
