Empowerment : Encourage female students and staff to develop their skills and strengthen their academic and professional leadership. Accountability and Transparency : Publish periodic reports on progress in enhancing women’s participation. Inclusivity : Respect diversity and eliminate all forms of gender-based discrimination. 5. Procedures / Implementation Mechanisms Awareness Campaigns : Organize outreach events in schools and communities to encourage girls to pursue higher education.
