Promoting transparency, accountability, and ethical governance in all implementation stages. Continuously enhancing support mechanisms based on data, student feedback, and evolving needs. 5. Procedures / Implementation Mechanisms 5.1 Graduation Targets The University sets a target of at least 85% completion within the standard study period for low-income students.
