Principles / Commitments Non-Discrimination : Prohibit any form of discrimination based on race, religion, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, or any other legally protected characteristic. Dignity and Respect : Ensure that all individuals are treated respectfully in an environment free from humiliation or abuse. Equality and Inclusion : Guarantee equal opportunities for everyone without exception. Confidentiality and Fairness : Handle complaints with strict confidentiality, neutrality, and fairness in investigations. Accountability : Apply clear measures against anyone proven to have violated this policy. 5. Procedures / Implementation Mechanisms Reporting : Students, staff, or faculty members may report incidents of discrimination or harassment to the Office of Student Affairs or the Human Resources Department.
