The Department of Science and Technology Parks at the University Presidency emerged as one of the leading departments at the level of Iraq, in an achievement that reflects the rapid development the university is witnessing in the fields of innovation, entrepreneurship, and the knowledge economy. The University of Mosul participated in the conference represented by the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Professor Dr. Abdulrahim Ibrahim Jasim, and the Director of the Department of Science and Technology Parks at the University Presidency, Dr. Omar Qusai Jasim. This participation came as a confirmation of the university’s distinguished presence in scientific and national forums, and its continuous pursuit to consolidate its position among leading Iraqi universities in supporting creativity and developing an environment that incubates ideas and entrepreneurial projects. The University of Mosul was also listed among the leading models in the conference, as a model of reconstruction and innovation, which reflects the scale of institutional work undertaken by the university in this field, and strengthens its position as an active academic institution contributing to building a developmental future based on knowledge and technology. This distinction comes as a result of the direct support and continuous patronage of the respected President of the University of Mosul, along with the diligent follow-up and strong support from the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, which has contributed to achieving this qualitative leap and advancing the Department of Science and Technology Parks to a leading position among active university departments at the national level.
