In alignment with the center’s commitment to enhancing the skills of university members, the division empowers participants to utilize the latest technologies and academic systems. It designs and implements comprehensive training programs, including computer proficiency and language courses, as well as specialized workshops aimed at enhancing both practical and theoretical competencies. Vision To be a leading division in developing the technical and academic competencies of university affiliates, adopting international quality standards, and contributing effectively to the university’s vision of digital transformation and institutional excellence. Mission To deliver specialized and up-to-date training programs in information technology and university systems, enhancing the knowledge and skills of employees and students through innovative training methods and continuous technical support, ensuring sustainable performance development and increased professional readiness. Objectives Training Needs Assessment : Survey and evaluate the training needs of university staff and students to design targeted and effective programs. Implementation of National Certification Courses : Organize computer proficiency training courses and award recognized certificates that support academic and career advancement. Standardized Testing Administration : Conduct computer, English, and Arabic proficiency exams to ensure a unified knowledge level. Staff Promotion Training Programs : Design specialized courses that contribute to the promotion of government employees and provide them with accredited certifications. Technical Support and System Training : Provide ongoing support and hands-on training on university electronic systems to facilitate daily operations. Workshops on Emerging Technologies : Organize regular workshops and training sessions to introduce the latest tools and digital innovations. Ongoing Evaluation and Development : Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through performance indicators and trainee feedback, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
