In scientific research, the College emphasizes publication in international indexing databases, the development of its own journal for inclusion in Scopus , and the establishment of advanced specialized laboratories. Faculty and staff development is a key priority. International conferences, training programs, and encouragement to pursue postgraduate studies are central to this effort, alongside the goal of achieving full administrative automation across departments and units by 2025–2026. From a financial perspective, the College plans to expand through evening study programs, partnerships with oil sector institutions, and service-oriented projects—such as a cafeteria and reprography office—to strengthen its resources. The College also fosters both community and international collaboration. By aligning with the Sustainable Development Goals , it contributes through tree-planting campaigns, solar energy initiatives, and applied research directed toward environmental and economic solutions.
