At the same time, the College strives to elevate the quality of scientific research. This is pursued through publishing in reputable international journals, hosting conferences, and fostering collaborative research partnerships across borders. A special focus is placed on nurturing faculty and staff. Opportunities for professional training, research fellowships, and recognition programs for outstanding academic performance form the core of this effort. Financial sustainability is another key priority. The College seeks to diversify its resources by launching specialized programs, expanding continuing medical education, and attracting a larger body of international students. Equally important is the College’s service to the community. By building global partnerships, aligning with the Sustainable Development Goals , and implementing a comprehensive strategic plan, it positions itself as both a local pillar and a global player.
