Faculty members are trained in modern teaching methods, including the integration of artificial intelligence into pedagogy. In the field of research, the College seeks to strengthen publication in international journals, secure the inclusion of its own journal in global indexing databases, and fund applied research projects that address issues such as environmental sustainability and digital behavior. Administratively, the College is establishing new units—including Academic Development and Artificial Intelligence—while updating its operational handbook and implementing training programs to enhance staff efficiency. Financially, the College relies on a multi-pronged approach: creating a dedicated research and grant support fund, forming financing partnerships with institutions, and carrying out careful budget reviews to reinforce transparency and long-term sustainability. On the international, community, and sustainability fronts, the College is expanding its academic partnerships, implementing awareness and outreach programs, and engaging students in sustainable projects. Its mission is directly aligned with the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development (SDG 17) , ensuring that education, research, and service advance global priorities.
