It aims to provide services for English language proficiency testing for individuals who wish to: Enroll in international universities and academic institutions Immigrate to English-speaking countries The center issues official and globally recognized IELTS certificates by the British Council in Iraq . Establishment of the Center The center was officially inaugurated on October 1, 2023 , in accordance with the directives of the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research , and under a partnership agreement with the British Council , the official and accredited body for IELTS testing in Iraq.
