The current staff includes 38 members holding various degrees and scientific titles. In this department , the student learns a number of specializations that qualify him/her to work in the surgical field of dentistry, which are oral and maxillofacial surgery, dental implants and lasers, oral medicine, periodontal, and periodontal diseases, oral diseases, histopathology and x-rays. The certificates granted in this department are Masters in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Doctorate in Philosophy of Dental Sciences.
