The findings demonstrated that integrating hyaluronic acid with the growth factor (TGF-β1) within the MTA matrix produces a synergistic biological interaction that enhances the microenvironment of the dental pulp. This contributes to improved matrix hydration and growth factor stability, thereby accelerating tissue healing, angiogenesis, and regeneration of the pulp-dentin complex. The discussion committee was chaired by Assistant Professor Dr. Najwan Fadhil Shihab, with the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Shaimaa Shakir Hassan and Assistant Professor Saif Nathim Hason. The thesis was supervised and co-examined by Professor Dr. Nadia Hamid Hassan and Professor Dr. Faihaa Azhar Mohi Al-Din. The thesis was accepted following the completion of the required revisions.
