With limited resources, both financial and human, the university succeeded in a short time in hosting more than a thousand male and female students from various provinces across the country, who are considered as its guests. Thanks to these sincere efforts and the continuous support from the university, performance significantly improved and culminated in the completion of eleven dormitory sections that currently accommodate over 3,600 students. With this achievement, the dormitories of the University of Mosul have earned a leading position among their counterparts in Iraqi universities and have truly become a melting pot that embraces the rich diversity of Iraqi society with love and brotherhood, far from any form of discrimination.
