It is entrusted with the responsibility of organizing and managing all administrative aspects related to the center’s operations. The department serves as a crucial liaison between the various divisions and units under the center and the university presidency. Its work is characterized by diversity and precision, ranging from human and financial resource management to official correspondence, inventory management, and logistical services. The department contributes to ensuring the smooth flow of administrative work and achieving the highest levels of efficiency and organization. It supports the administrative infrastructure through continuous coordination, providing the necessary requirements for implementing training activities and examinations, and facilitating the tasks of administrative and technical staff. This enhances the center’s capacity to fulfill its academic and technical objectives in accordance with the mother university’s requirements. Vision: To be a model of exemplary administrative organization and effective institutional support, contributing to the consolidation of administrative performance efficiency at the center and enhancing its ability to achieve its academic and technical goals. Mission: The Department of Administrative Affairs seeks to provide integrated administrative services efficiently and transparently by facilitating procedures, organizing human and financial resources, and strengthening institutional communication to ensure a balanced and productive work environment that supports the center’s vision and the university’s directives. Objectives: Organize administrative procedures to ensure smooth workflow within the center and its various units. Manage human resources efficiently, ensuring fairness and accuracy in promotions, allowances, and service calculations. Establish effective administrative communication with the university presidency, its various departments, and related institutions. Regulate financial and accounting operations related to employees’ salaries and revenues from courses and examinations. Organize inventory work under strict controls that ensure the preservation and maintenance of materials and equipment. Continuously follow up on maintenance and services to guarantee a clean and safe working environment. Contribute to supporting administrative decision-making through regular reports and data updates. Enhance the performance efficiency of administrative staff through continuous guidance and internal training.
