دائرة تسجيل الشركات - متطلبات التأسيس

تنص دائرة تسجيل الشركات في وزارة التجارة، استناداً إلى المادة (17) من قانون الشركات رقم (21) لسنة 1997 المعدل، على متطلبات تأسيس الشركات. تشمل المستمسكات المطلوبة: كتاب حجز الاسم التجاري من الغرفة التجارية، كتاب من المصرف بإيداع رأس المال (بحد أدنى مليون دينار للشركة المحدودة)، عقد الشركة الموقع والمصادق عليه، المستمسكات الشخصية للمؤسسين (البطاقة الوطنية وبطاقة السكن)، وهوية نقابة المحامين للمستشار. تبدأ رسوم التسجيل الأولية من 250,000 دينار عراقي وتعتمد على رأس المال. للمستثمرين والشركات الأجنبية، يجب تقديم شهادة التأسيس وقرار مجلس الإدارة، مع ترجمة رسمية لجميع الوثائق إلى العربية وتصديقها من السفارة العراقية في بلد المنشأ ووزارة الخارجية في بغداد. أوقات المراجعة من الأحد إلى الخميس، 8:30 صباحاً حتى 1:00 ظهراً.
